Interaction with UN Resident Coordinator

The South Asian delegation from GPPAC met with the UN Resident Coordinator, Ms Hanaa Singer-Hamdy, in Kathmandu. She was familiar with much of the work our members undertake and warmly welcomed us. It was great to see a familiar face and such a strong advocate and champion of CSO work in Ms Singer-Hamdy. Our members discussed in length the work being planned in South Asia, particularly the intersection of climate change and security.
