The Centre for Policy Alternatives (CPA) is an independent, non-partisan civil society organisation based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Founded in 1996, CPA is committed to strengthening democracy, good governance, and the rule of law. It conducts research and advocacy on constitutional reform, transitional justice, human rights, and conflict resolution, and has been a key voice in Sri Lanka's post-war peacebuilding and reconciliation process.
